Final Project (proj)

The final project for the class consists of a 3-5 page write-up and 15-minute in-class presentation (during one of the last two class periods) on a topic of your choosing, with the following expectations: 1. Your topic must include a computational and/or statistical component related to this class. You are strongly encouraged to to choose a project that overlaps strongly with your research.

The written part of your project should have the format of a short technical report or article, with am abstract and bibliography, possibly including figures and tables.

The in-class presentation can make use of the data projector in our classroom.

Please submit your paper in pdf, calling it proj.pdf. Use the usual submit utility and specify "proj" in the assignment field. An example:
